Traditional and beautiful homes, on traditional suburban streets around Sydney, where 6 to 10 residents live together. Residents have 24-hour support including dementia care, palliative and respite care, which is provided by a team of carers that we call Homemakers.

Videri Alameda, Warriewood

Alameda Way is a peaceful, tree-lined street in Warriewood, mostly with spacious family homes. Our recently renovated Alameda home is one of our legacy homes, and one of two homes in our group with its own swimming pool. This comes in handy given many of the residents have grown up in the area where swimming at the local beaches and pools have been a part of their day-to-day.

Videri Woodlands, Forestville

Woodlands Road in Forestville is a tranquil residential street characterized by its leafy surroundings and well-maintained homes. The area provides a serene suburban setting with easy access to local schools, parks, and public transport. The residents in our Woodlands home take many trips to the national park and the beach with our driver, and enjoy a lot of outdoor exercise.

Not all of our homes have waitlists. The success of our home environments rests heavily on the curation of a resident cohort that is matched based on shared likes and commonality. When a room becomes available, we don’t just fill it with the next person on the list. We are always interested to meet new people, to understand their life story and interests, and to see who the best new fit for the home might be.
